How We Do It?
We are a team, working together to produce an excellent learning experience for our viewers, readers, fans and
audience. As a team we are sure to seek out God's direction to include quality, quantity and excellence in our story
telling and illustrations. We are mothers, grandmothers, college grads, leaders, mentors and role models in our
own community. We care about what we do.
We use four legs of imagination. Each leg (or storyline) represents a different imaginative world that admits it does
not exist. In Fairy View, the fairies admit they do not really exist. But, they are able to entertain us as we better
learn, teach and understand some fundamentals of the Christian Faith by asking good questions and having them
answered.
The broad scope of different Christian Faiths is not plundered due to the base of the series being seeped in the
knowledge that Christ is the Savior for mankind according to the Bible. The series reiterates a relationship with
God being paramount in our walk as Christians.
Each book answers the questions Who, What, When, Where, How and Why. There are four to six books per leg,
which makes a total of 16 to 24 books. The last eight books are being written by special request. The original
sixteen books represent all four story lines. There are four books in the four legs (making up the original 16 books.)
There is no hidden agenda with The Ivy Series. Each leg or storyline is straight-forward. It uses fantasy characters
in fairies, mermaids, even aliens and angels to represent a good many facts about our faith. The scripture says,
"Cast down all imaginations that exalt itself before God." We exalt God and God alone. Even the characters show
respect, admiration and honor to our Sovereign King. The characters are made up, but the scriptures are true!
